The name Chablis comes from two Celtic words: CAB (house) and LEYA (near the woods). CAPLEIA is therefore similar to the name Chablis in the past.

Capleia was born from Baptiste's passion for wine and his desire to be an entrepreneur.


Inspired by the history of Chablis and the landscapes that surround it, Baptiste created a brand that embodies authenticity and modernity.
