Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are thermo-regulated. We let the native yeasts do the fermentation work without any other oenological inputs.

Capleia was born from Baptiste's passion for wine and his desire to be an entrepreneur.
Inspired by the history of Chablis and its surrounding landscapes, Baptiste created a brand that embodies authenticity and modernity. Today, Capleia is synonymous with quality and creativity, celebrating the art of living through its collections and vintages.

"My terroir is in my blood, in my heart, in every childhood memory lulled by the rhythm of the vineyard. Even as a child, I learned to drive tractors on my grandfather's knees, his gaze filled with pride. I followed my father on Sunday afternoons, crisscrossing the vineyard plots. I walked in my mother's footsteps, discovering the magic of tastings, where each aroma awakened an emotion.
So, in August 2024, alongside my studies, I launched Capleia , a clothing brand inspired by the world of wine. Designs that celebrate so-called bohemian elegance and the authenticity of our landscapes, unisex, comfortable pieces, made with sustainable materials.
But a passion is never limited; it expands and reinvents itself. Today, I want to go further, to embark on a new challenge. To establish my own winemaking, with the desire to create vintages that speak from the heart, that tell a sincere story, a pure emotion.
And I'm not living this adventure alone. Jeanne joined me, with her enlightened perspective. Together, we want to create wines that resonate, that carry within them the soul of our land and the sincerity of our commitment. Together, we hope to reflect our passion for the terroir in your glass.

“A return to roots, a desire for freedom.
I initially followed a different path. Studies in finance, a clear path, a promise of stability. But somewhere between the numbers and the financial models, my terroir called me back. Burgundy never stopped whispering in my ear, and the more I talked about it, the more I realized how lucky I was to have been born here. A legacy, yes. But also a vast playground, a blank page on which to write our own story.
So, I want to try. To go to the bottom of things, to understand, to touch, to feel. To create a wine from A to Z, without shortcuts, without compromise. To learn everything. To try everything. My father guides me through the vines and the vats, teaching me the secret language of the earth and time. My mother, with her elegance and precision, teaches me to taste, to analyze, to listen to what each wine has to say.
For me, wine is a moment of happiness, a suspended moment, a conversation between the winemaker and those who share the bottle.
Behind each glass lies more than a year of work, doubts, patience, and passion. And yet, too often, wine seems inaccessible, locked within codes that few dare to cross. I want to break down these barriers, make this pleasure free and alive, and offer my generation the opportunity to discover, to marvel, to understand the raw beauty of our land.
My ambition? To demystify, shake things up, and invite people to experience. To offer a wine that exudes the vitality and energy of its terroir, a wine that frees itself to better express itself. A wine that reflects this adventure: bold, instinctive, and profoundly sincere.
